Xee.la has a high minimum payout limit as compared to many of the URL shorteners in the industry. It has a high $20 minimum payout limit which doesn’t seem good to me. However, if you can send high traffic to your links then it might not be a problem for you.
Apart from high minimum payout limit, this URL shortener offers three different payment options which are PayPal, Web Money and Bank Transfer. For PayPal and Web Money, the minimum payout limit is $20 whereas for Bank Transfer it is $100.
