They suggest you not to use more than 3 pop-under ads at the same time. They say that quality of traffic reduces if you use multiple ads on the website.

What’s My View On Using PopAds and PopCash Together ?
If you ask me then I would suggest you to use any one of these ad networks at a time. If you want to increase your revenue then you can simply increase the pop-under frequency instead of using another ad network. This will save you from the risk of reduced CPM rates. At the same time it will increase your revenue.
If the first ad network doesn’t work well for you then you can go for the other one.
Both of these ad networks are good and my favorite ad networks. So, you can go with anyone of these. They are one of the oldest pop-under ad networks and they pay on time. So, if you want to use pop-under ad networks then these two could be the best ones to start with.
