i joined madmobile network in 2015 ,and i am working with them since ,till now no such big issue i faced in their sdk and payment ,support is very good and quick

CPM rates are pretty good too and you can get whole picture of your traffic including geo ,installs ,active users ,cpm rate per geo etc..
