Its sad to hear that you are facing the issue at the moment. This ad network suffered some downtime in last few months and may be that is the reason why they are replying to fewer emails.
They have few pending payments for previous months. However, they are clearing all current payments via Payza.
I suggest you to contact them again on the email mentioned on our website. If you don’t get reply then skip it and try some other URL shortener. And, one more thing, Linkpaid is also facing downtime from last month, so, don’t join it at the moment. I have now two pending payments with Linkpaid. I hope they will start paying soon.

I’m using ouo.io currently and I have some issues with it. I know that I am currently driving traffic to one of the ouo.io urls however the number of views does not change within my dashboard and I’ve tried to contact email support concerning this with no reply. Would there be a reason for this?

Don’t panic you will receive your payments soon. (There are some usual delays by ad networks for first payment sometimes, so, don’t worry). So far i have never missed any payment from Ouo. The contact email is already mentioned about. I have never contacted them though because i have never faced any issues with them so far.

I wish you will receive your payment soon. It would be great if you could notify us here once you get your payment.

My favorite is Ouo, however, Linkpaid is better in terms of payments. It process payments on daily basis, better to say super quick payments, i have received all my payments within 3 hours of request. Both are good and it depends which works best for your traffic. Test both networks for few days which you find better, continue with it.
