Sign Up And Approval:

Signup and approval on PulpyAds is quick. The all you need to do is to fill up their small registration form and submit it. After that you will get a confirmation email where you have to verify your email address by clicking the verification link.

After email verification you can immediately log in to your account where you have to submit your website for approval. Usually, they approve any website with in 24 hours, however, in my case they approved my website 30 minutes.
